What is thin brick?
Thin brick is a slim cut of brick that gives the look and texture of a brick wall. It is light and slim, so it can be added to interior and exterior walls without a heavy build.
Running bond is the classic offset pattern. Stack bond lines the bricks up in a straight grid for a modern look. Herringbone is a zig-zag pattern that takes more layout time. We help you choose at the visit.
How the work goes
- Visit and measure. We look at the wall, measure, and agree the brick colour, pattern and joint style.
- Written estimate. Free, and back to you within 1 business day.
- Surface preparation. Thin brick needs a sound, flat, clean surface. We check what the wall is made of and prepare it so the brick bonds properly.
- Layout. The pattern is set out from the corner so cuts land in the right places, and brick is mixed from several boxes for natural colour variation.
- Install and finish joints. Brick is set course by course and the joints are finished in the style you chose.
What affects the price
Every wall is different, so we price each job after we see it. These are the main things that move the price.

- The brick and pattern: herringbone takes more time than running bond
